Searching for that beacon of light?
Beazley Lawyers is here to help you.

Philip Beazley is the founding partner of Beazley Lawyers. He completed his graduation from the Legal Profession Admissions Board course in 1995 and was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 1 December 1995. He was admitted to the roll of the High Court of Australia in March 1996.
Prior to admission as a solicitor, Philip Beazley worked for the Perpetual Trustee Company Ltd as a deceased estates clerk and then took up a position with Gillis Delaney Brown Lawyers, first as a paralegal, and then solicitor.
In March 1998, Philip established this firm with just one client and a six week trial. The law firm has been built up by word of mouth referrals and returning clients who have been satisfied with his service to them.
Philip Beazley has acted for clients in nearly every court in New South Wales (including the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court, the Land and Environment Court, the Industrial Court, the District Court and the Local Court). He has also appeared in the Federal Jurisdiction (namely the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Family Court of Australia). Over the years Philip has also appeared in interstate courts including the Supreme Court of Queensland from time to time.
Given Philip’s strategic nous as a solicitor, he has also found success for clients in a number of tribunals and commissions, such as the New South Wales Racing Tribunal, NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), and the Royal Commission into Trade Unions, amongst others.
Litigation (going to court) is the primary focus of the work which we do. Philip appears as advocate on many matters and instructs barristers to appear at hearing as necessary. Beazley Lawyers carries out a wide range of work and instructs barristers who specialise in specific areas of law in order to achieve the best possible result for the client.
